Pixels Corp is a digital marketing agency headquartered in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, founded by Anshul Vijay. We provide SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC & Google Ads, and Web Design & Development services to clients across India, the USA, and Australia.
By accessing pixelscorp.com or engaging Pixels Corp for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services, regardless of location.
Use of Our Website

Our Services
Pixels Corp provides digital marketing services including SEO & Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, PPC & Google Ads Management, and Web Design & Development. The following terms apply to all services.
Service Agreements
All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by both parties. These terms supplement but do not replace that agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for late payment exceeding 14 days.
Results Disclaimer
While we work towards agreed KPIs, digital marketing results cannot be guaranteed. Rankings, traffic, and conversions are influenced by factors outside our control.
Client Obligations
Clients must provide timely access to accounts, approvals, and materials required to deliver services. Delays caused by clients do not affect payment obligations.
All prices are quoted in INR for Indian clients, and USD or AUD for international clients, as specified in your service agreement. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice for ongoing retainer clients.
Intellectual Property
Pixels Corp Owned Content
All content on pixelscorp.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, case studies, blog posts, and code — is the intellectual property of Pixels Corp and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
Client Owned Content
Content, materials, and assets you provide to us for the purpose of delivering services remain your intellectual property. You grant Pixels Corp a limited licence to use these materials solely to provide the agreed services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any work product we create for you — such as websites, content, or ad creatives — becomes your property upon full payment of the relevant invoice.
We may request permission to display your project in our portfolio or case studies. We will always seek your written consent before doing so and you may decline at any time.
Confidentiality & Data
Both Pixels Corp and our clients agree to treat each other’s confidential business information with discretion and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.

- Client account credentials and access information
- Financial information shared during onboarding or billing
- Any information marked as confidential in your agreement
- Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy
- Ad account, analytics, and CMS access is secured and not shared
- Data is returned or deleted upon contract termination on request
- We never access client accounts beyond the scope of agreed services
- When required by law, court order, or regulatory authority
- With your prior written consent
- Information that is already publicly available
- To sub-contractors bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations
Limitation of Liability
Website Disclaimer
pixelscorp.com and all content on it is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixels Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law in India, the USA, or Australia.
Services Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Pixels Corp in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any failure to deliver results due to factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, platform policy updates, market conditions, or delays caused by the client.

Termination & Cancellation
Either party may terminate a service agreement subject to the notice period specified in your individual service agreement. The following terms apply to all terminations.
Cancellation Notice
A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel any ongoing retainer service unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
Outstanding Fees
All outstanding invoices remain due upon termination. No refunds are provided for services already rendered or for the current billing period.
Account Handover
Upon termination, we will return all client-owned account access, assets, and data within 14 business days, provided all invoices are settled.
Immediate Termination
We reserve the right to terminate immediately if a client breaches these terms, engages in illegal activity, or acts in a manner harmful to Pixels Corp.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
For international clients in the USA or Australia, we will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days before any formal proceedings.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and notify active clients by email. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
